P!nk has a new album coming out in October, but to tie us over until then she is releasing a greatest hits album on June 23. Shout: The Singles Collection will have all her singles plus 3 previously unreleased tracks including lead single Shout recorded with Linda Perry earlier this year.
We weren't that impressed with Ur So Gay (even though Madonna loves it), however we do love I Kissed A Girl and hope that it's Katy's next single. Have a listen to it on her MySpace.
Sia has just released ace single The Girl You Lost from her new album some people have REAL problems. Listen here. The 12" vinyl includes remixes by Sander Van Doorn and Stonebridge. Townsend Records has a multi-buy offer with the CD single and the 12" that you can order here.
Hard Candy has leaked on the World Wide Web. We say resist! It's out next week...Meanwhile Madonna just did a fun phone in interview on San Francisco radio. Listen here.
Hooray! Cyndi Lauper's album finally has a release date! It's coming out on the 27th of May (see tiny pic of cover left). Apparently the first single will be Set Your Heart which you can listen to here. Keep up to date with the latest news on her official website.
Sophie has revealed on her MySpace blog that she is in fact releasing a NEW ALBUM and not a Greatest Hits after all. That's a relief! It seems they have come up with so much good material in their sessions that they have decided to push on with a full album and release the GH's after that. She has been working with Calvin Harris, Dimitri Tikovoi and the Sneaker Pimps and may be working with Greg Alexander again. Sophie also revealed that after the GH's she would like to "try a bit of a new direction". They hope to have the album out in September, we can't wait.
We are loving Australian born/LA based Sam Sparro's single Black and Gold. It's already a huge hit in the UK, currently sitting at # 4 on the charts on downloads alone. The physical single hits shops next week. Listen to the track and the GB Russ Chimes Mix on his MySpace or watch the cool video here.
The Darren Hayes Time Machine Tour DVD is released world wide on July the 21st. Looks great, but where the hell is Popular?
Australia is getting In My Arms as the next Kylie single, not US single All I See. It's being released on the 28th of April which is quite soon so radio better start playing it!
Looks amazing, watch it here. Full video should be available online tomorrow.
