It has been revealed that Róisín Murphy’s next single Movie Star will in fact be a double A-side with a cover of ace Brian Ferry track Slave to Love (check out Brian's version here). Her version of Slave is going to be used in Gucci ad campaign for a new men’s fragrance. Róisín has also said that she is heading back in to the studio with her two backing singers “to do like a little sort of girl group thing”. Sounds hot! A live DVD is going to be released in October.

We thought now that Dannii was a famous TV Judge we wouldn’t be getting any new material ever again. Wrong! She has confirmed that she is working on material for a new album for release next year and GOOD NEWS EVERYONE The Freemasons have said they have “sent stuff to Dannii”. Dannii + Freemasons = Pop Heaven. We are already excited by this prospect, bring it on. There is also talk of a duet with sister Kylie for a television special and possible single release.

Time for another Dollies exclusive! Promos recently cropped up for Gabriella Cilmi's forthcoming UK single Save The Lies, another classic Xenomania confection. And praise the Lord, the track is 100 times more remixable than Sweet About Me. Fresh from his killer revamp of Adele's Cold Shoulder, Mr Michael Woods (Out Of Office) has done it again with Kinky Roland (S'Express) also bringing it. Hopefully the Australian single, Don't Wanna Go To Bed Now, will get the same kickass treatment. Go Gabs!
